Terms & Conditions

By accessing the Prelens website (prelens.app) or using the Prelens iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Marcel Jereb s.p., located in Slovenia.

Prelens provides an iOS camera application designed to show a live preview of Adobe Lightroom presets (.xmp files) and apply them to photos taken within the app. Our website provides information about the app and an optional newsletter subscription.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, and your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

All content, features, and functionality of the Prelens app and website (including but not limited to the logo, design, and code) are the exclusive property of Marcel Jereb s.p. and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your iOS device.

You are responsible for the Lightroom presets (.xmp files) you import into Prelens. You must ensure you have the legal right to use any third-party presets you import.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the website or app.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will function uninterrupted or error-free.
• The live preview will perfectly match the final output in Lightroom or other software, as rendering engines may differ.
• Any defects will be corrected immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marcel Jereb s.p. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of photos.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
